Thanks to its in-depth knowledge of the Quebec market, L’Unique offers cutting-edge products and tools to the brokerage network. The One-Stop Shop is an electronic transmission system that allows brokers to communicate in real time with L’Unique while taking advantage of a user-friendly interface.
Founded in 1978, L’Unique has been part of one of Quebec’s largest financial groups, La Capitale Insurance and Financial Services, since 2004. In 2005, L’Unique acquired Orléans General Insurance Company, a Quebec-based company specializing in surety bonds.

The objective of our division specialising in surety bonds is to enable all small and medium-sized businesses to continue to develop by creating jobs in their region. As a reputable insurance company with integrity, we want to act as a true business partner that is aware of the realities of the market in which these companies operate. L’Unique also offers all the insurance products for construction contractors in Quebec and on the construction site.
