Thanks to this service, you can access a large network of reliable and certified professionals in Quebec (Roofer, electrician, plumber, carpenter, etc.)

Aladin Home Assistance
Ambulance Care (Available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day)
This service allows you to access help from a nurse at home after a hospitalization of at least 2 consecutive days. The stay in the emergency department is not a hospitalization.
The optimal duration is 25 hours divided into a maximum of 5 successive days per hospitalisation.
The number of hospitalizations is not limited.
The presentation of a recommendation from your doctor is mandatory.
Domestic Assistance (Available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day)
Your minor household chores will be taken care of by a domestic help after your hospitalisation for a period of at least 2 consecutive days. These tasks concern washing clothes or preparing meals. The stay in the emergency department is not a hospitalization.
The optimal duration of the service is 20 hours per hospitalisation over a maximum of 5 consecutive days.
The number of hospitalizations is not limited.
Child supervision (Available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day)
You can benefit from a professional childminder service at your home after your hospitalisation of at least 2 days or simply when your child is sick. The stay in the emergency department is not a hospitalization.
The optimal duration of the service is 30 hours per hospitalization or when your child is sick, over a maximum of 3 consecutive days.

Preventive inspection (Varies depending on the working hours of our relevant dealers)
This service allows you to access a free preventive inspection every year and to benefit from a 5% discount on the breakdown operations determined by the inspection, except for the purchase of certain equipment and products such as tires and lubrication.
This offer is valid at the relevant UNI-PRO and Professional dealers only. It is the mechanic who defines the type of maintenance to be carried out, which may differ depending on the condition of the car.

Travel arrangements (Available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day)
We provide you with road maps with details of the approximate driving time, places of interest along the way, as well as attractions on site.
Annual travel arrangements to Canada or the United States, of which Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska are not included.
Your itinerary will be delivered to you in two weeks.
Travel insurance (Available Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., and weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
