Personal lines insurance broker
She has extensive experience in personal lines management and human resources management. From 2007 to 2009, she held the position of supervisory coach at Larose & Boissonneault, before becoming team leader in several Essor Assurance offices, including those in Thetford Mines and Beauce, from 2009 to 2014.
With a certificate in organizational management from Université Laval, she has successfully completed several large-scale projects, notably in telephony and BMS implementation. She has also contributed to the development of the firm's processes, guides and procedures.
From 2014 to 2025, she was co-owner and general manager of Assur360, where she played a key role in the company's development and growth.
