She has extensive management experience in personal lines insurance and human resources management. She held the position of supervisory coach for Larose & Boissonneault from 2007 to 2009, then team leader for various Essor Insurance offices, including Thetford Mines and Beauce from 2009 to 2014. She holds a certificate in organizational management from Université Laval. She has managed complex telephony and BMS implementation projects. She helped create the firm's processes, guides and procedures.
