What does a remote insurance broker do?

As a remote insurance broker, you work from home to increase insurance policy sales. These are often auto, home, business and other insurances. In this role, you can explain the benefits of each plan to customers, track a list of potential customers, and respond to customer concerns and objections. You’ll also need to respond to online inquiries and help existing customers, rather than focusing exclusively on selling new products. Some of the details of this job depend on the type of insurance you are selling. For example, if you sell business insurance packages, you may occasionally visit customers to assess the risks associated with their policies.
