Competent lawyers, members of the Quebec Bar, are at your disposal to provide the legal answers you need for your personal situation.

The service only covers civil law (labor, family, tax, etc.) and not criminal law.
Moral support (available 24/7)
Experts will be on hand to listen to you, offer moral support and refer you to organizations that can help.

Thanks to this service, you can access a large network of reliable, certified professionals in Quebec (roofers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.).
The cost of the work is borne by the policyholder.

Aladin home assistance

Ambulance care (available 24/7)
This service gives you access to assistance provided by a nurse in your own home after a hospital stay of at least 2 successive days. The emergency room stay is not a hospitalization.

The optimum duration is 25 hours spread over a maximum of 5 successive days per hospitalization.
The number of hospitalizations is not limited.
A doctor's referral is required.

Domestic assistance (available 24/7)
Your minor household chores will be taken care of by a household helper after you have been hospitalized for a minimum of 2 successive days. These tasks include washing clothes and preparing meals. Your stay in the emergency room is not a hospitalization.
The optimum length of service is 20 hours per hospitalization over a maximum of 5 successive days.
The number of hospitalizations is not limited.

Child supervision (available 24/7)
You can benefit from the services of a professional babysitter in your home after you have been hospitalized for at least 2 days, or simply when your child is ill. An emergency room stay is not hospitalization.
The optimum duration of service is 30 hours per hospitalization or when your child is ill, over a maximum of 3 successive days.

Aladin car advice (Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm, unlimited calls)
With the Aladin service, you can benefit from expert advice on car mechanics, as well as information on breakdown rates, except for those resulting from an accident.

Preventive inspection (Varies according to the business hours of our dealers)
This service gives you access to a free preventive inspection every year, and a discount of 5 % on breakdown operations determined by the inspection, with the exception of the purchase of certain equipment and products such as tires and lubrication.
This offer is valid for UNI-PRO and le Professionnel dealers only. It is the garage owner who defines the type of maintenance to be carried out, which may differ depending on the condition of the car.

We provide road maps with details of approximate driving times, places of interest along the route and local attractions.

Annual travel arrangements to Canada or the USA, excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.
Your itinerary will be sent to you within two weeks.

Travel insurance (available Monday to Friday from 8am to 10pm, and weekends from 9am to 5pm)
